     323.43 Repeal; exceptions.  


    All acts or parts of acts inconsistent with this chapter 
 are hereby repealed, except sections 548.20 and 548.21 and all 
 parts thereof, which shall remain in full force and effect and 
 apply to joint obligations arising under this chapter.
