     124A.26 Fund balance pupil units. 

    Subdivision 1.    Fund balance pupil unit definition.  
 Fund balance pupil units means the number of resident pupil 
 units in average daily membership, including shared time pupils, 
 according to section 124A.02, subdivision 20, plus 

    (1) pupils attending the district for which general 
 education aid adjustments are made according to section 
 124A.036, subdivision 5; minus 

    (2) the sum of the resident pupils attending other 
 districts for which general education aid adjustments are made 
 according to section 124A.036, subdivision 5, plus pupils for 
 whom payment is made according to section 126.22, subdivision 8, 
 or 126.23.
