484.545 LAW CLERKS.

Subdivision 1.Law clerk appointments.

Each district judge may appoint a competent law clerk.

Subd. 4.Law clerks; no tenure.

All law clerks in every judicial district, shall serve without tenure at the pleasure of the appointing judge or judges.
