28A.10 POSTING OF LICENSE; RULES.
All such licenses shall be issued for a period of one year and shall be posted or displayed in
a conspicuous place at the place of business so licensed. Except as provided in sections29.22,
subdivision 4 and
31.39, all such license fees and penalties collected by the commissioner shall
be deposited into the state treasury and credited to the general fund. The commissioner may
adopt such rules in conformity with law as the commissioner deems necessary to effectively and
efficiently carry out the provisions of sections 28A.01 to 28A.16.
