13.841 COURT SERVICES DATA CODED ELSEWHERE.

Subdivision 1.Scope.

The section referred to in subdivision 2 is codified outside this chapter. This section classifies court services data as other than public, places restrictions on access to government data, or involves data sharing.

Subd. 2.Name changes of protected witnesses and victims.

Court records of name changes of participants in a witness and victim protection program are governed by section 259.10, subdivision 2.
