72B.05 NONRESIDENTS.
A nonresident person may become licensed under sections 72B.01 to 72B.14, provided
that the person meets all of the requirements of sections 72B.01 to 72B.14, and complies with
their provisions, and, on a form prescribed by the commissioner, appoints the commissioner as
the attorney upon whom may be served all legal process issued in connection with any action
or proceeding brought or pending in this state against or involving the licensee and relating to
transactions under the license; the appointment shall be irrevocable and shall continue so long as
any such action or proceeding could arise or exist.
Service of process must be made in compliance with section 45.028, subdivision 2.
