     300.53 Irregular meetings, how validated. 

    When all the stockholders or members of a corporation are 
 present or duly represented at a meeting, however called or 
 notified, and duly execute a written assent to the meeting on 
 the records of the corporation, the business transacted at the 
 meeting is as valid as if it had been legally called.
