     203B.25 Death of voter; individuals voting under special 
  absentee procedures. 

    If the election judges receive proof that a voter who has 
 returned an absentee ballot as provided in sections 203B.16 to 
 203B.27, has died before the time when voting is scheduled to 
 begin on election day, the ballot of that voter shall be 
 returned by the election judges with the rejected ballots.  
 Notwithstanding the other provisions of this section, the 
 counting of the absentee ballot of a deceased voter shall not 
 invalidate the election.
