     93.22 Disposal of moneys received.  

    All payments under sections 93.14 to 93.28 shall be made to 
 the state treasurer on the order of the commissioner of finance, 
 or the commissioner, as the case may be, and shall be credited 
 to the permanent fund of the class of land to which the demised 
 premises belong and in case the land shall not belong to any 
 class of land having a permanent fund then all payments shall be 
 credited to such fund as the legislature shall by law direct.
