4900.0590 DEFINITIONS.

Subpart 1.

Scope.

For the purposes of parts 4900.0590 to 4900.0594, the following terms have the meanings given them.

Subp. 2.

Borrower.

"Borrower" means one or more persons who apply for and receive a loan under parts 4900.0590 to 4900.0594. A borrower must be a person or family, but need not be of low and moderate income.

Subp. 3.

Home energy loan.

"Home energy loan" means a loan made to a borrower, the proceeds of which are used for energy conservation improvements in an eligible property.

Subp. 4.

Persons and families of low and moderate income.

"Persons and families of low and moderate income" is as defined in part 4900.0010, subpart 23, item E.
