4732.0580 REGISTRANT REQUIREMENTS FOR OPERATORS IN FACILITIES USING X-RAY EQUIPMENT.

A registrant in a facility with x-ray equipment used on humans must ensure that:

A.

only individuals who have met the requirements in Minnesota Statutes, section 144.121, subdivision 5, are allowed to operate x-ray equipment;

B.

written verification that the individual who operates x-ray equipment has met the requirements in Minnesota Statutes, section 144.121, subdivision 5, must be available for inspection by the commissioner; and

C.

only individuals who have met the requirements in Minnesota Statutes, section 144.121, subdivision 5, may evaluate quality control tests.
