4626.0721 CLEANING AGENTS AND SANITIZERS; AVAILABILITY. 4-303.11

A.

Cleaning agents that are used to clean equipment and utensils specified under parts 4626.0840 to 4626.0885 must be provided and available for use during all hours of operation.

B.

Except for those that are generated onsite at the time of use, chemical sanitizers that are used to sanitize equipment and utensils specified in parts 4626.0900 and 4626.0905 must be provided and available for use during all hours of operation.
