152.10 SALES, PERSONS ELIGIBLE.
No person other than a licensed pharmacist, assistant pharmacist or pharmacist intern under
the supervision of a pharmacist shall sell a stimulant or depressant drug and then only as provided
in sections 152.021 to 152.12 and 152.0262.
