31A.26 VIOLATIONS AND PENALTIES.
§
Subdivision 1.Misdemeanors.
A person who violates a provision of this chapter or a rule adopted under it for which no other criminal penalty is provided is guilty of a misdemeanor.
§
Subd. 2.Minor violations.
This chapter does not require the commissioner to report for prosecution or for the institution of injunction proceedings minor violations of sections 31A.01 to 31A.31 if the commissioner believes that the public interest will be adequately served by a suitable written warning.
