144G.95 OFFICE OF OMBUDSMAN FOR LONG-TERM CARE.

Subdivision 1.Immunity from liability.

The Office of Ombudsman for Long-Term Care and representatives of the office are immune from liability for conduct described in section 256.9742, subdivision 2.

Subd. 2.Data classification.

All forms and notices received by the Office of Ombudsman for Long-Term Care under this chapter are classified under section 256.9744.
