103F.901 DEFINITIONS.

Subdivision 1.Applicability.

The definitions in this section apply to sections 103F.901 to 103F.905.

Subd. 2.Board.

"Board" means the Board of Water and Soil Resources.

Subd. 3.Commissioner.

"Commissioner" means the commissioner of natural resources.

Subd. 4.Comprehensive local water plan.

"Comprehensive local water plan" has the meaning given in section 103B.3363, subdivision 3.

Subd. 5.Local unit of government.

"Local unit of government" means a county board, joint county board, watershed management organization, or watershed district.

Subd. 6.Watershed district.

"Watershed district" means a district established under chapter 103D.

Subd. 7.Watershed management organization.

"Watershed management organization" has the meaning given in section 103B.205, subdivision 13.

Subd. 8.Wetland.

"Wetland" has the meaning given in section 103G.005, subdivision 19.
