     82B.09 Fees. 

    Subdivision 1.    Amounts.  The following fees must be 
 paid to the commissioner for each initial individual real estate 
 appraiser's license:  $150 if the license expires more than 12 
 months after issuance, $100 if the license expires less than 12 
 months after issuance; and a fee of $100 for each renewal. 

    Subd. 2.    Forfeiture.  All fees must be kept by the 
 commissioner and are nonreturnable, except that an overpayment 
 of a fee shall be refunded upon proper application.
