62A.615 PREEXISTING CONDITIONS DISCLOSED AT TIME OF APPLICATION.
No insurer may cancel or rescind a health insurance policy for a preexisting condition of
which the application or other information provided by the insured reasonably gave the insurer
notice. No insurer may restrict coverage for a preexisting condition of which the application or
other information provided by the insured reasonably gave the insurer notice unless the coverage
is restricted at the time the policy is issued and the restriction is disclosed in writing to the insured
at the time the policy is issued.
