629.68 PROHIBITING SURETIES TO MAKE FALSE STATEMENTS IN AFFIDAVITS;
PENALTY.
A person who willfully and knowingly makes a false statement in an affidavit made under
section 629.67 is guilty of perjury under section 609.48.
