60A.976 ANNUITY ISSUERS FINANCIAL REQUIREMENTS.
An annuity purchased to finance a structured settlement agreement may be purchased only
from an annuity issuer with a financial rating equivalent to A.M. Best Company A+ Class 8 or
better; or a Standard & Poor's AA or better.
