550.26 REDEMPTION, HOW MADE.
The person desiring to redeem shall pay to the person holding the right acquired under such
sale, or for the person to the sheriff or the court administrator of the district court of the county in
which the real property is situated, the amount required by law for such redemption, and shall
produce to such person or officer the same documents required by law to be produced by a person
desiring to redeem from a sale of real property under foreclosure of a mortgage by advertisement;
and the person redeeming shall cause such documents to be filed with the county recorder as
required in the case of redemption from such foreclosure sale.
