     487.02 Payment of expenses. 

    Subdivision 1.  The salary and traveling expenses of a 
 judge of the county court shall be paid by the state in the 
 amount prescribed by section 15A.083.  Expenses shall be paid by 
 the state in the same manner and amount as provided for judges 
 of the district court in section 484.54. 

    Subd. 2.  The county board shall levy taxes annually 
 against the taxable property within the county as necessary for 
 the establishment, operation and maintenance of the county court 
 or courts within the county.
