     390.17 Testimony; filing. 

    The testimony of a witness examined at an inquest must be 
 put in writing by the coroner or under the coroner's direction 
 and signed by the witness.  The coroner shall then file the 
 testimony, together with a record of all proceedings, in the 
 office of the court administrator of the district court of the 
 county.
