     300.42 Computation of value of stock. 

    For the purpose of determining the amount of stock held or 
 owned by a stockholder, shares without par value must be 
 computed at the value, at the time of issue, of the cash, 
 property, services, or expenses for which they were issued.  
 This computation does not include paid-in surplus.
