     300.38 Increase or reduction of value of capital stock. 

    The number of authorized shares of stock without par value 
 may be increased or reduced in the manner and subject to the 
 conditions provided in section 300.45 and acts supplemental to 
 it.  All other statutory provisions relating to stock having a 
 par value apply to stock without par value, so far as they are 
 legally, necessarily, or practically applicable to, and 
 consistent with the provisions of sections 300.33 to 300.43.
