     3.841 Legislative coordinating commission. 

    For purposes of sections 3.842 and 3.843, "commission" 
 means the legislative coordinating commission or a legislative 
 commission or subcommittee established by the coordinating 
 commission under section 3.305, subdivision 6, to exercise the 
 powers and discharge the duties of the coordinating commission 
 under sections 3.842 and 3.843 or other law requiring action by 
 the coordinating commission on matters relating to 
 administrative rules.
