245.479 COUNTY OF FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY.
For purposes of sections 245.461 to 245.486 and 245.487 to 245.4887, the county of
financial responsibility is determined under section 256G.02, subdivision 4. Disputes between
counties regarding financial responsibility must be resolved by the commissioner in accordance
with section 256G.09.
