184B.05 COMMISSIONER INFORMATION REQUESTS.
Each owner of an amusement ride, or the State Agricultural Society on its behalf, shall
cooperate with the commissioner and shall, upon the commissioner's request, provide information
to the commissioner regarding the operation of the amusement ride. When the commissioner
requests information about the operation of an amusement ride, the commissioner shall identify a
reasonable time limit for a response to the request.
