     158.06 Physicians and attendants not to charge for 
  services.  


    No compensation shall be charged or received by any officer 
 of the University of Minnesota Hospitals, or by any physician, 
 surgeon, or nurse in their employment, who shall treat or care 
 for any patient in the hospitals, other than the compensation 
 provided for such persons by the Board of Regents of the 
 University of Minnesota.
