148E.275 UNAUTHORIZED PRACTICE.
No individual may:
(1) engage in the practice of social work without a social work license under sections
148E.055 and 148E.060, except when the individual is exempt from licensure according to
section 148E.065;
(2) provide social work services to a client who resides in this state when the individual
providing the services is not licensed as a social worker according to sections 148E.055 to
148E.060, except when the individual is exempt from licensure according to section 148E.065.
