148E.170 REVOCATION OF CONTINUING EDUCATION APPROVALS.
The board may revoke approval of a provider or a program offered by a provider, or an
individual program approved by the board, if the board determines subsequent to the approval
that the provider or program failed to meet the requirements of sections 148E.130 to 148E.170.
