148E.045 CONTESTED CASE HEARING.
An applicant or a licensee who is the subject of a disciplinary or adversarial action by the
board according to this chapter may request a contested case hearing under sections 14.57 to
14.62. An applicant or a licensee who desires to request a contested case hearing must submit
a written request to the board within 90 days after the date on which the board mailed the
notification of the adverse action, except as otherwise provided in this chapter.
