     127.39 Application.  


    Subdivision 1.  Sections 127.26 to 127.39 shall not be 
 deemed to amend or otherwise affect or change section 363.03, 
 subdivision 5, clause (2).  


    Subd. 2.  Sections 127.26 to 127.39 shall apply only to 
 those portions of the school program for which credit is granted.
