119B.04 FEDERAL CHILD CARE AND DEVELOPMENT FUND.
Subdivision 1. Commissioner to administer program. The commissioner is authorized and
directed to receive, administer, and expend funds available under the child care and development
fund under Public Law 104-193, Title VI.
Subd. 2. Rulemaking authority. The commissioner may adopt rules under chapter 14 to
administer the child care and development fund.
