     103B.351 Committee oversight; report required. 

    The board shall, on or before January 15 of each year, 
 submit to the house of representatives and senate committees 
 with jurisdiction over the environment, natural resources, and 
 agriculture a written report on the board's functions and the 
 implementation of sections 103B.201 to 103B.355 since the 
 previous report under this section was submitted.  The report to 
 the committees must include the board's recommendations for 
 changes to sections 103B.201 to 103B.355 and any recommendations 
 for funding.  The board shall also report to the committees at 
 other times requested by the committees.
