127A.11 MONITOR MEDICAL ASSISTANCE SERVICES FOR DISABLED STUDENTS.
The commissioner of education, in cooperation with the commissioners of human services and children, youth, and families, shall monitor the costs of health-related, special education services provided by public schools.
