116U.10 DEFINITIONS.

Subdivision 1.Scope.

For the purposes of this chapter, the terms in this section have the meanings given them.

Subd. 2.Director.

"Director" means the executive director of Explore Minnesota.

Subd. 3.Office.

"Office" means Explore Minnesota.
