367.40 DEFINITIONS.

Subdivision 1.Application.

For purposes of this chapter, the following terms shall have the meanings given them.

Subd. 2.Peace officer.

"Peace officer" has the meaning assigned in section 626.84.

Subd. 5.Part-time peace officer.

"Part-time peace officer" has the meaning assigned to it in section 626.84.
