473.846 REPORTS TO LEGISLATURE.

The agency shall submit to the senate and house of representatives committees having jurisdiction over environment and natural resources separate reports describing the activities for which money for landfill abatement has been spent under sections 473.844 and 473.845. The report for section 473.844 expenditures shall be included in the report required by section 115A.411, and shall include recommendations on the future management and use of the metropolitan landfill abatement account. By December 31 of each year, the commissioner shall submit the report for section 473.845 on contingency action trust fund activities.
