123B.54 DEBT SERVICE APPROPRIATION.

(a) $21,727,000 in fiscal year 2014 and $24,201,000 in fiscal year 2015 and later are appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner of education for payment of debt service equalization aid under section 123B.53.

(b) The appropriations in paragraph (a) must be reduced by the amount of any money specifically appropriated for the same purpose in any year from any state fund.
