§
Subdivision 1.Scope.
The section referred to in subdivision 2 is codified outside this chapter. This section classifies address confidentiality program data as other than public.
§
Subd. 2. Safe at Home program.
Data maintained by the Office of the Secretary of State, the Bureau of Criminal Apprehension, or law enforcement agencies regarding the Safe at Home program are governed by section 5B.07.
