62M.11 COMPLAINTS TO COMMERCE OR HEALTH.
Notwithstanding the provisions of sections 62M.01 to 62M.16, an enrollee may file a
complaint regarding a determination not to certify directly to the commissioner responsible for
regulating the utilization review organization.
