299F.83 NEGLIGENT DISCHARGE.
Whoever, acting with gross disregard for human life or property, negligently causes an
explosive or blasting agent to be discharged may be sentenced to imprisonment for not more than
ten years or payment of a fine of not more than $20,000, or both.
