148B.65 DISCIPLINARY RECORD ON JUDICIAL REVIEW.
Upon judicial review of any disciplinary action taken by the committee under this chapter,
the reviewing court shall seal the administrative record, except for the committee's final decision,
and shall not make the administrative record available to the public.
