148.78 PROSECUTION, ALLEGATIONS.
In the prosecution of any person for violation of sections 148.65 to 148.78 as specified in
section 148.76, it shall not be necessary to allege or prove want of a valid license as a physical
therapist or physical therapist assistant, but shall be a matter of defense to be established by
the accused.
