NOTE: Section 119B.074 was also amended by Laws 2005, chapter 98, article 1, section
5, to read as follows:
"119B.074 SPECIAL REVENUE ACCOUNT FOR CHILD CARE.
A child support collection account is established in the special revenue fund for the deposit
of collections through the assignment of child support under section 256.741, subdivision 2. The
commissioner must deposit all collections made under section 256.741, subdivision 2, in the
child support collection account. Money in this account is appropriated to the commissioner for
assistance under section 119B.03 and is in addition to other state and federal appropriations."
NOTE: Section 119B.074 was also amended by Laws 2005, chapter 98, article 1, section
5, to read as follows:
