148.232 REGISTRATION OF PUBLIC HEALTH NURSES.
A public health nurse certified for public health duties by the commissioner of health under
section 145A.06, subdivision 3, or previous authority must be deemed to be registered as a public
health nurse under the provisions of sections 148.171 to 148.285.
