     353.027 Retention of coverage for certain municipal 
  court employees. 

    Any person employed on January 1, 1975, by a municipal 
 court established under Minnesota Statutes 1957, section 488.03, 
 and located in the cities of New Brighton, Roseville, Maplewood, 
 North Saint Paul, White Bear Lake, or St. Paul is eligible for 
 membership in the general employees retirement plan of the 
 Public Employees Retirement Association and retains any rights 
 or benefits the person had attained as a member of the general 
 employees retirement plan of the association on January 1, 1975, 
 so long as the person remains an employee of the municipal court 
 of Ramsey County.
