     490.122 Administration of judges' retirement. 

    The policy-making, management, and administrative functions 
 governing the operation of the judges' retirement fund and the 
 administration of sections 490.121 to 490.132 are vested in the 
 board of directors and executive director of the Minnesota State 
 Retirement System with such duties, authority, and 
 responsibility as are provided in chapter 352.  Except as 
 otherwise specified, no provision of chapter 352 applies to the 
 judges' retirement fund or any judge.  Fiduciary activities of 
 the uniform retirement and survivors' annuities for judges must 
 be undertaken in a manner consistent with chapter 356A.
