     306.09 Sale of lots. 

    After the filing of a map under section 306.05 the trustees 
 may sell and convey the lots designated on the map upon terms 
 and conditions as they determine.  Every conveyance of a lot 
 must be expressly for burial purposes and no other and must be 
 in the corporate name of the association and signed by its 
 president or vice-president and by its treasurer or secretary.
